Enzyme / Pairing Agent Deodorization

This is the most effective method for eliminating pet odors in materials which are to be salvaged. First the offending materials must be cleaned as thoroughly as possible. Then the enzymes will simply digest the residual offending materials. Pairing agents neutralize odors and are very effective when used with enzymes. The entire procedure can be expanded to treat the airspace with our special odor neutralization units. We may also employ removal of padding and subfloor sealing as needed.

Odor Neutralization Units

Using the new technology available to NEUTRALIZE odor in the airspace as well as in materials. Although the neutralization unit is specialized and highly potent, it is not always necessary  to vacate the premises during use. As the vapor is slightly heavier than air, improved performance will result if the unit is placed high, in the treatment area.
